Business & Enterprise

A statistician on the team,
without the headcount.

Everything in the self-serve plans, plus a named analyst on your data, execution that doesn’t wait in line, and analysis pipelines built around the questions your team asks every month. Or run the whole platform inside your own network.

What changes when you bring a team

Self-serve works well when one person has one question. It starts to strain when a team has the same five questions every month, when an answer is needed before a board meeting rather than eventually, and when the analysis has to be built around how your business actually works.

Dedicated analyst hours

A named person on your data

Not a ticket queue. A specific analyst who knows your datasets, your definitions, and what you asked last quarter — a set number of hours every month, used however you need them.

Priority queue

Your work goes first

Business analyses are placed ahead of standard traffic in the build queue. When you need the number before a Monday meeting, you aren’t behind everyone else’s Sunday-night curiosity.

Custom pipelines

Built for your recurring questions

We build analysis pipelines around the questions your team asks on a cycle — monthly retention, channel efficiency, cohort movement — so they re-run on fresh data instead of being rebuilt from scratch.

What every plan keeps

The thing you’re buying doesn’t change with the plan. Every analysis, on every tier, is computed in R and independently verified before it reaches you — never improvised by a language model. You get the method, the numbers, the chart, and the source code, and you can re-run any of it on fresh data. Bigger plans buy more of it, faster, with more help — not a different standard of proof.

Every analysis is guaranteed. If a report isn’t right, flag it and we fix it and resend — or refund it. Failed builds are never charged, on any plan.

Questions

How do the dedicated analyst hours work?

You get a set number of hours each month with a named analyst who works on your data specifically. Use them for building new analyses, interpreting results, shaping a pipeline around a recurring question, or working through a problem live. Unused hours don’t roll over — the point is a standing relationship, not a bank of credit.

What does “priority queue” actually mean?

Analyses are built by a pipeline that processes work in order. Business analyses are placed ahead of standard traffic in that order, so your work isn’t waiting behind unrelated jobs. It affects when your build starts, not how it is computed or verified — the analysis itself is identical on every plan.

What counts as a custom pipeline?

A pipeline is an analysis built around a question you ask repeatedly, wired to your data shape and your definitions, so it re-runs on new data rather than being rebuilt each time. Monthly retention by cohort, channel efficiency against spend, margin movement by product line — whatever your team actually reviews on a cycle. We build it with you during onboarding and refine it as your questions change.

What does on-site deployment involve?

We deploy the platform into your environment — your own cloud tenancy or your own hardware — so datasets and results stay inside your network. Scope, security review, and support terms are set in the contract, since every environment differs. Start with a conversation about your constraints and we’ll tell you honestly what fits.

Can we start smaller and move up?

Yes, and most teams should. Start on a self-serve plan, run real analyses on your real data, and move to Business when the team hits the limits of doing it alone. Nothing is lost in the move — the analyses you own stay yours.

Start with a conversation.

Tell us what your team is trying to measure and we’ll tell you plainly whether we’re the right fit — and which plan you actually need, which is often a smaller one.
